VP of Operations

Shaun has been working in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. After earning a BFA from Syracuse University, Shaun moved to NYC to pursue his acting career. To supplement his income, Shaun began to work as a server and bartender at various NYC restaurants including Jean-Georges Mercer Kitchen and 66. Shaun left the fine dining world and made a leap to the Gentleman’s Club industry in 2003. It’s here, he found the excitement he was looking for in the hospitality industry and decided to make it a full-time career. Shaun has been with RCI Management since 2014 and promoted to VP of Operations in 2019.
